From Frat House to Designer Digs

A local Firefighter had a 5-alarm design dilemma. How to transform his White Rock Condo from a bachelor pad into a space that would attract the imagination of potential home buyers. This "Style to Sell" Home Staging Package saw the introduction of many new pieces and custom art work. The end result was home staging transformation from frat house to upscale, all on a budget that resulted in a sale netting the highest dollar per square foot of local condos selling in the previous four months.

Developer Partial-Stage

This spectacular White Rock ocean view home required a partial stage to push it over the top. Built by Cardinal Homes, adding the right pieces in the right locations resulted in a sub-30 day close at above asking price. Everybody's happy!

Grandma’s House

This South Surrey ocean view Rancher with basement had been in the family for years and was perfect for a retired couple. Eventually the time came to put the house on the market and it was obvious that updates were needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and that Grandma's old furniture lacked broad appeal. After revamping the interior decor with contemporary pieces that created flow and feel, the house sold quickly and above asking price.

Blended-Family Bliss

This fabulous South Surrey traditional was home to an amazing blended family. The love and memories in this home were evident and when it came time to go to market, a partial-stage was needed to create a more neutral presentation to buyers. The result was a two-week sale at asking price.

Well-loved Family Home

This stunning home was all about location initially. Situated in a desirable, popular South Surrey neighborhood, the interior was outdated with pink tile and green counter tops. After designing a new color scheme and consulting on a major kitchen and bath remodel, new fixtures and a furniture package pushed this property over the top! The owner flipped the house for a substantial profit.

Is there a Doctor in the House?

This South Surrey home was resided in by a doctor and his growing family. When it no longer met their needs in terms of size it was listed and sat unsold for nine months. After a partial-stage was completed to de-personalize the home and add some inspired pieces that brought that WOW factor, a speedy sale at asking price was just what the doctor ordered.

Split Personality

A young couple just starting out team up with her mother to build a duplex. Mom is building to live, the kids are building to sell. The result was two very different halves to the same home and the partial stage that was designed for this couple exceeded their expectations. Another speedy sale above asking price. So long mom!

Kids off to College

This lovely family home had a problem! The kids were all grown up and off to college; all this space was no longer needed; and all the years of living and love had made the decor far too personal. After nine months with no offers, the savvy realtor, knowing the value of effective staging, contracted my services to depersonalize the home while retaining the family feeling. In conjuction with the realtor, we hosted a cocktail party enticing other realtors to attend and we had an accepted offer at asking in under two weeks.
